University Centers Tech Services
University Centers Tech Services provides our campus with professional event technology support including PA systems, multimedia presentations, concert packages, and audio/video recording services and webinars. The primary venues our team services are Price Center and the Student Center. We secondarily focus on spaces managed by University Centers such as the Student Services Centers and various outdoor locations. When available we offer a broad range of event production and technical support services for events that take place on the UC San Diego campus as well. Our expert technical staff is available to set up and operate our comprehensive inventory of state-of-the-art audio, video, and projection systems. Our Tech Services team is here to meet all of the audio and video needs of your event and help make your event as successful as possible.
Our Services are provided on a first come, first served basis. We make every effort to accommodate all requests, but there are times when we reach capacity and may not be able to provide support. Please try and plan ahead and place your requests as early as possible. All requests for University Centers Tech Services must be submitted at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date.
