Who can Reserve the Gameroom?
Student Organizations, Campus Departments, and Non-Affiliates
Reservation Timing
Reservations can be made 3-180 days in advance by Student Organizations and 3-120 days in advance by Departments.
Reservation Pricing
There is no charge for Student Organizaitons or Departments reserving the Gameroom
Non-affiliate reservations are by special request only, subject to academic schedule, and will incur a reservation fee.
What’s Reservable:
- Pool Tables– up to four max
- Karaoke– Gold Room (10 people max)
- Duck Pin Bowling– lanes 1 & 2
One, two, or all three can be reserved concurrently, but not consecutively.
Reservation Time Slots
- Weekdays 12pm to 8pm
- Weekends 12pm to 9pm
- 90 minute maximum per reservation
No Show Fee
Student Organizations and Departments who fail to show up for their scheduled reservation will be fined $25 and will not be allowed to rebook until the following quarter. If the reservation party is more than 10 minutes late, their reservation will be released and they will be considered a no-show.
Special Events
Departments can reserve the whole Gameroom for a special event once per academic year.
Hourly fee of $250 applies (Includes 30 minute setup time, 2 hour event time, 30 minute teardown time). Special events are weekdays 9am - 11am or weekends 11am - 4pm. Breaks and holiday reservation hours to be determined up on request.
