About the Space

• Student Center Courtyard is only available for events. Individual tabling locations are prohibited in Student Center Courtyard.
• All event requests will be reviewed ot determine impact on surrounding area. Please note, that not all events will be approved for this space depending on activity, size and potential noise impact to the area.
• Please note that the University Centers does not provide tables, chairs, trash cans, pop-up tents, or any other equipment possibly needed for your event. Our Event Managers can assist you with connections with rental companies. 
• No electronic amplified sound of nay kind (spoken or music) is allowed on weekdays until after 5:00pm
