About the Space

  • All events taking place Sunday - Friday and are requesting the setup be other than the default setup (Lecture/Theater - 240 seats), must end at 10:00pm. Requests outside of this time frame requesting a setup change will not be approved.

  • The earliest clients can arrive Monday - Friday in the Multipurpose Room is 6:30pm to begin setup.

  • Please note that there is a setup fee of $45 assessed with the use of the Multipurpose Room, however for any changes to the default setup (lecture style for 240), the cost is $135. 

  • There are extra costs for AV.
