About the Space

  • All events taking place Sunday - Friday and are requesting the setup be other than the default setup (Lecture/Theater - 240 seats), must end at 10:00pm. Requests outside of this time frame requesting a setup change will not be approved.

  • The earliest clients can arrive Monday - Friday in the Multipurpose Room is 6:30pm to begin setup.

  • Please note that there is a room charge assessed with the use of the Multipurpose Room – these rates are $225 per day for registered student organization events and $350 per day for UC San Diego Department events. This fee includes all available setups for the venue and use of the House AV Equipment.
