AV Equipment

• None (tech support required to use all built-in AV equipment)
• Amplified sound is not permitted until after 7pm

• Town Square is only available for events. Individual tabling locations are prohibited in Town Square.           
• All event requests will be reviewed to determine potential impact on surrounding area. Please note, that not all events will be approved for this space depending on activity, size, and potential noise impact to the area.
• Please note that the University Centers does not provide tables, chairs, trash cans, pop-up tents, or any other equipment possibly needed for your event. Our Event Coordinators can assist you with connections with rental companies.
