About the Space
Due to its configuration, Price Center Plaza is ideal for both informational tabling and as an outdoor space in conjunction with events utilizing the Theater. There are seven (7) tabling locations available along the west side of the walkway. All spaces are labeled. Space #1 is closest to the Price Center Fountain and Space #7 is closest to Jamba. No tabling is permitted along the east side of the walkway to preserve public egress.
Please note that this area is often exposed to full sun. Pop-up tents are permitted and encouraged but must not exceed 8’ x 8’. These dimensions are smaller than the most common pop-up tent size and the tabling footprint in the Plaza is smaller than those located on Library Walk.
Reservation Information
All event requests will be reviewed to determine their potential impact on the surrounding area. Please note, that not all events will be approved for this space depending on activity, size, and potential noise impacts to the surrounding area.
University Centers is able to provide 1 table and 2 chairs for each tabling location. We also have several 8’ x 8’ pop-up tents available to rent for solely the Price Center Plaza. Furniture is available on a first come, first served basis and should be reserved in advance. Same day furniture requests may not be able to be accommodated.
You must have an approved reservation to have a structure or display of any kind (tent, banner stand, etc.). Dining or lounge furniture from the surrounding area may not be removed & utilized.
Amplified Sound is allowed only in Space #1, if approved through the TAP Process. On weekdays, sound is permitted from 11:30am – 1:30pm and 5pm – 11pm. On weekends, sound is permitted from 8am – 11pm.
